Longer warranty - better service

  • ASUS, widely considered as a leader in innovative solutions, has widen up its range of services - on-site for notebooks. On-site service is available in two packages: a two-year and three years of extended warranty.
  • Local On-site Service Package (LOSP) allows repair directly at the customers site, at his office or home. It's a significant convenience for people who work in small business companies or are self-employed.
  • In case of a hardware failure its sufficient just to report a fault by the https://asus-serwis.pl/ or contact us:
  • On-site service engineer will contact with the Customer within 24 hours (except non working days) and repair a faulty unit at Customer's household. Onsite service is available from 8:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday. The warranty package have to be registered and activated within 3 months from the date of purchase. What's important, the service is provided only in the country where the computer was originally purchased.
  • To register On-site warranty extension package You need to do as following:
    • After the purchase you should become a member of ASUS VIP club and register at http://vip.asus.com. Those who are already members proceed to step 2.
    • You have to register on the site http://member.asus.com, by clicking on "Product Registration (Product Registration)" in the drop down menu on the left side. In the next step you need to provide your full details in the registration form. If the device has already been registered, go to step 3.
    • Enabling Local On-site Service package is followed by clicking the "Warranty Extension Activation (Activating Extension Package)" in the menu on the left. Afterwards, please follow the instructions to select the registered product, then entry "Contract Code" (Code contracts) and "Password" (password) on the back of the ASUS LOSP VIP card. Clicking "Submit (Send)" completes the registration process.
